I found working with Stasi to be very enjoyable & educational. Since this was my first time with selling property, Stasi provided a lot of information & was very helpful with every step of the process - from the beginning with researching competitive properties to the end with signing of the final papers. I can not express enough how grateful I am for all of the assistance.

 

My property definitely provided its challenges with it being co-owed with my siblings (three owners), it being partially rented with a tenant with 'protected status' (it was a two unit building), as well as other challenges with a property management company & the state of the property. Although the experience was tedious, tiresome & challenging, Stasi remained professional throughout the entire process. I admired the patience she demonstrated as we tackled many issues & thank her for that.

 

Selling my property was a long process, but Stasi never backed down or gave up. I felt she gave 100% with every step which was a major accomplishment as I know I was not her only client. She made herself available to discuss issues, & was very timely with returning phones calls and/or emails. Stasi is a very knowledgeable, well-prepared and balanced agent. My wife and I just used her for a purchase and we were consistently impressed by her level of expertise regarding the buying process, understanding of the micro SF market dynamics and overall professionalism.

We have always been wary of agents, to be honest, given that they have a huge incentive to push to get a transaction done so they get a fee.
